When I first started my fitness journey, I was overwhelmed with conflicting advice, trends, and half-truths.
I bounced from one method to the next, unsure what was fact and what was fluff. After years of trial and error — and earning a degree plus multiple certifications — I realized my true passion: cutting through the BS to help others build strong, confident, and sustainable lives.
My Mission: Keep It Real
Since 2019, I've been honing my craft as a fitness professional, focusing on:

Mobility and injury prevention
Pilates for control and core connection
Conditioning and endurance (yes, I run too!)
